1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or in person at the clinic.

  • We recommend booking routine appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be recorded and may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments.

3. Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and paperwork.

  • Late arrivals may require rescheduling to accommodate other clients and ensure efficient service.

4. Emergency Cases

  • Emergency cases will be prioritised, which may occasionally cause delays in scheduled appointments. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • For after-hours emergencies, please use the Vidivet app or call our emergency out-of-hours provider, The Queen Mother Hospital for Animals on 01707 666 399.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment plans.

  • For specialised treatments or surgeries, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

6. Pet Health and Safety Requirements

  • Please inform us of any behavioural concerns or special requirements your pet may have when scheduling the appointment.

7. Booking Confirmations

  • Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text message. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

  • Reminder notifications will also be sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

8. Group and Multi-Pet Appointments

  • If scheduling for multiple pets or group services, please inform us in advance to allow adequate time for each pet.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All client and pet information provided during booking is treated confidentially and in compliance with privacy laws.
