Puppy & Kitten Pack – Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment

The Puppy & Kitten Pack must be booked and paid for in full in advance of the first appointment. The pack is non-refundable once purchased.

The pack price covers the treatments and services included at the time of booking. Any additional consultations, treatments, medication or services that are not included in the pack will be charged separately.

Cancellation and missed appointments

We appreciate that life can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice wherever possible.

As the Puppy & Kitten Pack is non-refundable, cancelling the pack does not entitle you to a refund. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may also mean that the relevant appointment or treatment is forfeited.

It is important that vaccination appointments are attended at the recommended intervals. If an appointment is missed or delayed and your puppy or kitten’s vaccination course needs to be restarted or additional vaccinations are required, any additional vaccinations or treatments needed will be charged separately and are not included in the Puppy & Kitten Packs.

If we need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

If your puppy or kitten sadly passes away, or you permanently move away and can no longer reasonably use our practice for their care, please contact us so we can discuss the remaining elements of the pack with you.
